2. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2016 in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and in any event, the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Kundan Kumar Mandal who has since been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18216 of 2016. Similarly situated co-accused Ashok Kumar Mandal @ Kundan Mandal has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14652 of 2016

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.24973 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 141 of 2015 with additional conditions that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner; and the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure to do so on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
