Petitioner had presented a sale deed for its registration on denial of execution by its Vendor after paying full stamp duty, however, on objection being made by respondent nos. 2 to 7 same was not registered on the ground that the executants had denied to execute the sale deed before the Deputy Registrar after their appearance on notice and as such Deputy Registrar, refused registration of sale deed and thereafter, petitioner filed an appeal before the Registrar-cumDistrict Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur giving rise to

Patna High Court CWJC No.4345 of 2018(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 Registration Appeal Case No. R-43/2013 which is pending before the District Magistrate, Vaishali, and same has not been decided as yet. The limited prayer of petitioner is that a direction be issued to the District Magistrate-cum-Registrar, Vaishali, Hajipur for disposal of his appeal at the earliest.

3. Accordingly, the District Magistrate-cumRegistrar, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to decide the appeal preferred by petitioner bearing Registration Appeal No. R43/2013 within six month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of order passed by this Court after hearing all the concerned parties in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
