The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 22 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 21(c),22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 27(ii) and 28 read with section 36 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2018 having clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is a labourer. He was carrying those articles on the advice of co-accused Mantu Singh.
In the written report it is alleged that informant found different types of intoxicated drugs as mentioned in the seizure list from possession of the petitioner. He further disclosed that

Mantu Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69377 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No. 22 of 2018. Both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
