=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015 dated 12.05.2015 instituted under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with three others had abducted the grand daughter of the informant Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl, besides being a major of 19 years, had willingly gone away with the brother of the petitioner namely Pappu Paswan and stayed together in

No.24959 of 2016 dt.07-06-2016 2/2 various cities including Bangalore and due to pressure of the police she herself came back and returned to her parents' place from Muzaffarpur Railway Station. It is submitted that only because of the relationship of the petitioner with Pappu Paswan, with whom the girl had gone away, he has been also implicated in the case. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a poor person having no criminal antecedent being in custody since 25.01.2016. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge 4th-cum- A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in Sakra P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015.
