As agreed by the parties, the matter is being disposed of in view of the undertaking of the learned counsel representing the State that the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law on receipt of a properly constituted representation within three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that the writ application may be disposed of in view of aforementioned undertaking. It is being disposed of accordingly.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
