The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)c/27/A/29 of the NDPS Act.

The petitioner is said to have involved in the illegal transportation of ganja.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
