Petitioner is in jail since 5.5.2015 on the accusation that one country made pistol and four cartridges were recovered beneath his bed. Petitioner has been made accused in one more case bearing Turkauliya P .S. Case No. 665 registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 324, 379, and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has been framed in the present case at the behest of seizure list witness Babujan Ansari who had inimical term with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submission of the learned counsel , let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
