Inter alia, contending that in spite of the order passed on 28.4.2017 in LPA No. 444 of 2014, the respondent-Collector has not decided the appeal in the matter of appointment of Aanganwari Sahaika to the center in question even after the period of 45 days granted by this Court has elapsed, this application has been filed for initiating action for contempt. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court MJC No.2742 of 2017(2) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 and for the present without initiating any action for contempt, it is directed that in case the appeal is not decided till date, the respondent Collector shall decide it now positively within 30 days failing which this Court may consider taking coercive action against him.
