JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner forcibly took away daughter of the informant for purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in the instant case only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail application submitting that there is specific allegation against this petitioner in the FIR and victim is still traceless.
