According to the prosecution case, it was the petitioner, who gave information regarding murder of the deceased and after that the informant lodged the present case against unknown. In course of investigation, the informant and other witnesses raised suspicion against the petitioner on the basis of his suspicious activities. Except that material there is nothing against the petitioner, accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri D.K. Mishra, J.M. Ist Class, Patna City , Patna in Shahjahanpur P.S. Case no. 63 of 2014.
