2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2015 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 617 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 332, 333, 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated only on the confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar Singh who has since been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24372 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction
