In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.229 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the accused persons have taken a shop on tenancy and when the informant has asked to vacate the same, he has refused and making allegation of using of the forged stamp.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in between landlord and tenant appears to be civil in

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case no.229 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
