For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Kamal Kishore Jha, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Dilip Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 5/ 15-04-2015 Heard the parties.
Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected thrice by this Court.
Perused the report of the Superintendent of Police, Munger, from which it appears that the Informant after his partial cross-examination has been missing on account of fear of the accused persons.
Under such circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial and conclude the same expeditiously after examination of rest of the witnesses.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to review the earlier orders refusing bail to the Petitioner. Prayer of the Petitioner for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.744 of 2012 arising out of Bariyarpur P.S. Case
