The petitioner is in custody in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2019.

Considering the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is declaration that she is a major and she has voluntarily joined wedlock with the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
