JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but informant herself admitted in her fardbeyan that she is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and she came out of his house having heard the sound of firing. The impugned order of learned Sessions Judge does not reflect this fact that any witnesses in course of investigation, claimed to have seen the actual killing of the deceased, or claimed to have seen the petitioner carrying firearm in his hand at the time of alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
