The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. C III Case No. 332 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 45 ltrs of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
