The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P. S. Case No. 1015 of 2018 dated 13.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Approximately 158 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a vehicle, from where the petitioner is stated to have run away on seeing the policy party. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that such information is incorrect and his name has

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.

For the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P. S. Case No. 1015 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
