2. Mr. Naresh Dikshit, learned Special P.P. Mines informs this Court that during the pendency of the present writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and in this regard an order has been passed by the Assistant Director, Mines and Geology, Nalanda contained in Memo No. 956 dated 11.09.2020.

3. The aforesaid contention has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
