JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Adhaura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that she got job of teacher by placing forged document.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already resigned from her service and he, further, submits that the petitioner and other persons, who are said to have got job on the basis of forged documents were granted time to resign from their service but unfortunately, petitioner could not tender her resignation within the period as fixed by this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4887 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Court in CWJC No.15459 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner is a lady, let above named, petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabhua in Adhaura P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
