JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.12.2015 with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the said order. Vide letter dated 17.03.2017, an extension of further eight months' time has been sought for by the court below so that the trial may be concluded.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2014 and he is the husband of the deceased and the case relates to dowry death. The petitioner has been implicated on the dying declaration made by the deceased. Further eight months' time is granted to the court below to conclude the trial.
