2. The instant petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.11709 of 2017(3) dt.07-07-2025 2/3 "a) To issue appropriate writ / order / direction in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent No. 4 and 5, the Anchaladhikari, Anchal-Chausa as well as Anchal Amin, Anchal-Chausa, DistrictMadhepura, for recovery of possession of the land in the light of order dated 09.09.2015 passed by the Anchal Amin, Anchal-Chausa in Demarcation (Mapi Vaad) Case No. 16/2014-15, which is pending since long for execution.

b) To issue appropriate writ/order/directions in the nature of Mandamus, for commanding and directing the respondent authorities to give recovery of dispossess land of petitioners, having illegally occupied by the private respondents, upon which the petitioners gave applications.

c) To issue any other appropriate writ or writs under the facts and circumstance of the case, in favour of the petitioner."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the appropriate authority/competent Court for the redressal of their respective grievance.
