JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case it is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded pistol was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 16.8.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly six months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
