The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information and arrested the petitioner and other persons. The petitioner is said to have disclosed that the vehicle is stolen one and he had come to purchase the same. There is no allegation against the petitioner that he committed any theft. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in Chakia P.S. Case No. 100/2015.
