The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379, 386 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1) (x) of SC & ST Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have abused the informant by naming his caste as also assaulted him.

It is submitted that the petitioner took money from the informant for issuance of birth certificate but the petitioner demanded illegal money and for that some altercation took place. The injuries on the informant were found to be simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36811 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Motihari in Mehsi P.S. Case No. 93/15.
