2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023 registered on 08.02.2023 lodged under Sections 366A, 363 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner alleging that he has kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2023 having no criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9437 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that in the rejection order, under section 164 Cr.P.C. that victim was taken forcibly to Delhi by the petitioner.

7. In the present fact and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application is hereby rejected. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail three months after framing of charge.
