Mr. Kumar Shanu, learned AC to AG appears for the State. On going through the averments made in the writ application, it appears that this writ application has been filed seeking police help for constructing the boundary wall on the land of the petitioner. It is alleged that the construction work is being forcibly stopped by some anti-social elements at the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1328 of 2017(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 instance of the enemies of the earlier land owner. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court cannot make any comment on the merit of the claim of the petitioner. In case, however, he has any threat to his property in the hands of anti-social elements, he may bring it to the notice of the jurisdictional police who may examine the case of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
