Petitioners seek bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.737 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 119 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from Xylo vehicle. Petitioners are said to be sitting in the aforesaid car.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 14.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
