The petitioner seeks bail in Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 1.11.2014 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014.
