Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was remanded in this case during course of the investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
