JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Daudnagar Police Station Case No. 284 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 295, 427, 353, 186, 188 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct in his submission that similarly circumstanced coaccused persons have been granted bail by an order, dated 01.10.2015, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38930 of 2015. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, Lotan Khan @ Taslim Khan, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4970 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Daudnagar Police Station Case No. 284 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
