The petitioner has wrongly been denied the license on the ground of there being an overwriting in the Computer Literacy Certificate.

An objection petition has been filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate-cum-Chairman of the District Level Selection Committee in the month of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2057 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 January which has not been adverted to till date. This Court directs that on production/receipt of a copy of this order before the District Magistrate-cumChairman of the District Level Selection Committee (Respondent No. 2), he shall dispose off the objection petition within a period of four weeks thereafter by a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
