The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 34, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., on 28.05.2020, while the informant was near her field, she saw that the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner were cutting her banana plant and on protest by informant and her son, the accused persons started assaulting them. This petitioner is alleged to have given knife blow on the back side of informant's son causing injury on his head.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, the alleged occurrence took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Injuries sustained by informant and her son have been

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S.
