Having been confidentially informed regarding assemblage of anti-social elements along with a jeep, they were cordoned and during course thereof, Santosh Kumar and Kameshwar Kumar @ Goga (petitioner) were apprehended while others succeeded in their disappearance. On physical search, from the possession of Santosh, a countrymade pistol along with cartridges were seized while from the possession of petitioner, nothing was found. From the jeep, the items as per seizure list were seized. From Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

From perusal of the case diary, no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25010 of 2016 (03) dt.12-07-2016 antecedent of the petitioner is found so detailed though the criminal antecedent of co-accused Bidhan Rai is found incorporated under Para-130 of the case diary. Accordingly, petitioner, Kameshwar Kumar @ Goga is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P. S. Case no.716 of 2015.
