Patna High Court CWJC No.3351 of 2023 dt.12-04-2023 2/3 lighting, water supply, cleaning the Paths by sprinkling sand over it, constructing and cleaning the toilets etc. to petitioner and other Kawanriyas of the Koshi and Mithalanchal areas (region) likewise provided in Shrawan and Bhado months every year for the Kawanriyas who want to offer Ganga Jal to Lord Shiva at Baidyanath Dham from Sultanganj River, because petitioner and other Kawanriyas of Koshi and Mithalanchal region are facing much problem and difficulties in their Path of about 105 K.M. while they proceed to offer 'Ganga Jal' to Lord Shiva at Baidyanath Dham every year on the occasion of "Maghi Purnima" which is scheduled to be held in between February- March every year due to non-providing such facilities to them; for which the petitioner and other people Kamariyas had requested the Respondent authorities concerned times without number and even submitted their written representations, but no heed is being paid till date by the Respondent Authorities.(sic).

Obviously, the petitioner cannot have any grievance during this year since even according to him Maghi Purnima is scheduled between February and March every year. The learned State Counsel also submits that at every instance the State Government provides a number of facilities to the Kawanriyas

Patna High Court CWJC No.3351 of 2023 dt.12-04-2023 3/3 who converge on the occasion of Maghi Purnima. We do not find any reason to entertain the Public Interest Litigation and dismiss the same.
