JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar (Sonbarsa Kachahari) P.S. Case No. 671 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 356, 379 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 19 years and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is allegation of snatching of Rs.1,19,000/- against the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner is aged about 19 years and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4902 of 2020(3) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar (Sonbarsa Kachahari) P.S. Case No. 671 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the further condition that both the bailors should be the family members of the petitioner.

The petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of one month in dedicated Covid Hospital. He is required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize his service in this pandemic.
