The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No.192 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioners are involved in lighting fire of the number of houses of the informant and on account thereof, several goats were burnt and died, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
