2. The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2015 in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. There is no eye-witness to the occurrence and the body of the deceased was cremated in the presence of the informant and the dispute has been raised only for taking custody of the daughter of the deceased.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24967 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 gravity of offence as alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
