This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have raised slogans against the administration in protest against the death of a female in a road accident. It is being argued that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and similarly circumstanced coaccused Bablu Mahto @ Bablu Kumar and others have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 31.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5495 of 2910. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7930 of 2019(2) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Samastipur in Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
