2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have cheated money from informant and other 17 persons in lieu of providing job to them.
4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has substantially been punished and is languishing in jail since 22.08.2024. He further submits that he is ready with a demand draft of Rs. 1,90,000/- (Rupees one lakh
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7152 of 2025(6) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 ninety thousand), vide D.D. No. 349768, of Canara Bank, Patna South Gandhi Maidan Main Branch in the name of Anshu Anand (informant) and the same was handed over to the counsel for informant in the Court itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S.
