Revision of the petitioner was dismissed as time barred by the Revisional Authority. Learned counsel submits that there is no adjudication by the revisional authority on merit. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional authority along with a copy of this order and on submission of fresh application by the petitioner the revisional authority, the revisional authority shall pass appropriate fresh order on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12450 of 2017(3) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 merit of the case and will not dismiss the revision only on the ground of delay in filing appeal.
