Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 16123 of 2013 dated 28.3.2014.

Without deciding the aforesaid contention of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to scrutinize the fact and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 16123 of 2013 similar benefit should be extended to the petitioner.
