Petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 379, 504 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that nine persons resorted to fire as a result of which the informant received fire arm injury on chick and lips and when uncle of the informant came to rescue then he was also shot at as a result he also received fire arm injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury reports of the informant and his uncle do not suggest any injury caused by fire arm.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.36165 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014.
