The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 507 of 2020 dated 01.10.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have obtained employment on forged certificates of academic qualification. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has already been dismissed from the job and several such similarly situated accused persons have been released on bail by different Benches of this Court. It has further been submitted that the accusation is yet to be verified and therefore

Considering the afore-noted facts and taking into account the gender of the petitioner as also that many of the similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner is also directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 507 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
