3. It appears that by Interlocutory Application No. 1 of 2019, the petitioner has challenged the vires and

Patna High Court CWJC No.4462 of 2018(5) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 constitutional validity of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area Acquisition of Surplus Land) (Amendment) Act, 2016, which has already been examined and upheld by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Sudhakar Jha and Anr. Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2023 (6) BLJ 397:: 2024 (3) PLJR 403.

4. In light of the decision rendered by the Division Bench in Sudhakar Jha (supra), the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed as having become infructuous. Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2019 also stands dismissed.
