The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 422/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in short is that complainant is a farmer who had sold 109 quintals of paddy to the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society Purchase Centre for an amount of Rs. 1,70,40/- on 17.02.2014 through the petitioner who was the

A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to the effect that petitioner had paid Rs. 1,70,040/- to the complainant on 10.09.2022 and the complainant had given its receiving on the nonjudicial stamp. He had also stated that there is no dues against the petitioner. The photocopy of the receiving of the informant is annexed as Annexure-3 of the supplementary affidavit.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 1786(C) of 2014, subject to the
