Learned counsel for the Tilkamanjhi University, Bhagalpur submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the arrears of difference of salary due to the petitioner for the period March, 2012 to May, 2016, amounting to a sum of Rs. 3,08,355/- has already been paid to the petitioner, after deducting Income Tax and other statutory deductions totaling to a sum of Rs. 1,80,759/-. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payment of Rs. 3,08,355/- has already been received.
