Having gone through the report submitted by learned lower court, it is apparent that out of eight witnesses, two have been examined. Suneeta Singh and Sanjay Kumar Singh (petitioner) were apprehended on receiving confidential information and on search, from a bag possessed by Suneeta Singh, 12 kgs. of ganja, while from a bag possessed by the petitioner, 6 kgs of ganja, were seized and for that, both have been taken into custody. On earlier occasion, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr.Misc.No.19672 of 2014. It is apparent that co-accused Suneeta Singh has already been granted bail vide order dated 9.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.Nso.25529 of 2014. and on account thereof, petitioner Sanjay Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No.58 of 2014 leading to Special Case (NDPS) No.01 of 2014.
