The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon an order of a co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67404 of 2019, by which similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.
