The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jagdishplur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019 dated 03.11.2019 instituted for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It appears that one loaded country made pistol and a mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a business man and runs a grocery shop. He has

Considering the afore-mentioned facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs.
