Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has returned to her home and in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C., she stated that at the time of her kidnapping, petitioner was standing at her door but she has not levelled any specific overt act against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015
